Q. Something in my order is missing, what do I do?
A. Sometimes the availability of certain products are limited due to high demand and or/farm conditions. If it does not appear that the missing has been substituted with something of equal value please email us and we will either deliver the missing item, issue you a refund, or a credit.
Q. Do you still take Venmo payment?
A. Yes, we still take payment via Venmo. Please choose the Venmo, Cash, or Check option at checkout and include your username in the notes section.
Q. I placed an order but didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
A. Please check for the confirmation email in your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Some email servers may block our emails from reaching you. Please add us to your email address book to avoid this.
Q. Are all of your items organic?
A. All of the produce we provide is certified organic. Other items such as breads and baked goods are made with organic ingredients that are specified in the product description page.
Q. I would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
A. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number, phone number and first name.

Q. What time is delivery?
A. Delivery is 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursdays in Monterey County. Delivery windows are not currently available. If you have a request on delivery time, we will try our best to accommodate you, however, we are unable to guarantee your order will be delivered in your requested time frame.
Q. What time is pickup?
A. We offer several pick up locations.
Q. Which farmers markets do you offer pickup at?
A. Friday in Downtown Oakland, Saturday in Sunnyvale, and Sunday in San Francisco and Mountain View. For times and locations, go to our list of Farmers’ Markets or click here.
